no contact

I had called supersonic to place a new line in two weeks ago. I had mentioned that the fiber is installed but there is no box. I just moved into the property so I figured the box was removed by older tenants. Supersonic sent the technician to install the router, but he said he could not complete as there is no box. Supersonic has escalated it to Vumatel, stating Vumatel would contact me to install. I still have no response from Vumatel and I'm sitting without internet for two weeks, since I have requested a line from supersonic. Supersonic states their hands are tied as it must come from Vumatel
