No connectivity/ reinstallation

Hi there, I have no connectivity for three days. Been using Vumatel line for 5 years now my provider is Afrihost the best actually.

My installation was not well done I have contacted britelinkmct they have sent technician to investigate and made a video and send to their manager Stephanie to confirm that this was risky for me.

Stephanie called me to promised me for a free reinstallation which never happened and today the sun damaged the line I have no connectivity they want me to pay.

I'm emailing Stephanie she is ignoring me being always unprofessional bad service customer from britelinkmct please Vumatel my job is at risk 3 days without working and work from home I need my connectivity back today.

Contractor like britelinkmct is ruining your reputation Vumatel
