No connectivity for a week!!!!

Good day, I have an issue that I logged with my service provider(Webafrica) on Wednesday the 2nd of March, because of connectivity issues, vuma technicians came and checked the issue, and they confirmed it was cable problem, and they also confirmed they logged another call for me and other technicians will come in 48hours to fix it for free,since it's still within 3months(was installed 25th February 2022) to sort it out, till today nobody has called me, or came to fix it. I am working from home, and now I am loosing money because of your incompetence, please sort me out urgently! *** ISP685050
