No connectivity

super disappointed with the service i have recieved from Supersonic and Vuma. I have beeeeen calling the call centres for the past 2days trying to get an electrician to be sent out since they cant sort out my line remotely. i got zero joy. i am working from home and have had no connectivity since 3days back. this is poor service!!!!!! the service provider blames vuma, vuma blames THEM BACK, PLAYING MOUSE AND CAT GAMES AT MY EXPENSE. I AM NOT HAPPY.
