No connection with Vumatel, again.

Vumatel's ability to exasperate its customers is incredible. We have had multiple periods of no connection with Vumatel as our FNO over the years. Every time it's the same story, "contact your ISP". We then contact our ISP (cool ideas) who cannot assist us as the issue is with the configuration of the ONT (Vumatel).

We are held hostage by Vumatel, as the only way to be rid of them is to move home as they own the Fibre network in our area.

So I write this while connected to a 4G ****le that I had to buy at my own expense to give some level of connectivity. 4 days without any internet connection and no end in sight. We have zero expectations that this will be resolved any time soon (given our previous experiences with Vumatel).
