No Connection - paid subscriptions

This is now the THIRD DAY without internet from Vumatel in Turffontein and the lack of urgency and accountability is absolutely unacceptable.

We are remote workers who depend on a stable connection to earn a living, yet we’ve been left stranded with zero proper communication, no clear resolution time, and no support. Instead, we are forced to spend our own money on mobile data daily just to keep working — while still paying for a fibre service that is not being delivered.

* There has been no compensation offered * No interim solutions provided * No extension of service beyond the 30-day billing cycle * And no urgency shown toward resolving this outage

So customers must just absorb the financial loss and disruption? That’s completely unreasonable.

Turffontein has effectively been left offline, and it feels like this issue is not being treated with the seriousness it deserves. This is not just an inconvenience it is directly affecting our ability to work and generate income.

At this point, Vumatel needs to:

* Take immediate accountability * Provide clear communication and timelines * Offer compensation or service extensions * And seriously reconsider how outages like this are handled going forward

This level of service is unacceptable, and customers deserve far better.

This response is pointless or meaningless rather because even now there's no connection, even now I'm still misusing my funds on an unreliable fiber supplier showing no remorse or a mere alternative, I am a customer who has paid uproft and such issues should not be affecting me, unless if this response implies that I take my business to any other reliable supplier that can actually take accountability
