No Connection, no update

I have not been able to connect for 5 days now and I am not getting any assistance from Vumatel, they said that the ticket was logged and that they are putting pressure on the technical team but no one is getting back to me with the feedback I have to do my own follow up daily. If my problem is not resolved today they must cancel my line, deduct pro-rata for the days I was connected and refund me the balance. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. Other service providers CHILL Vumatel is NO COMPETION at all!!
