No connection for the passed 72 hours yet i paid my monthly services no communication Fuseg

paid my monthly service fee yet i have no connection .

have never been this ****ed in my life :( been texting them on whatapp with nothing no help what so ever, do there even care how we feel regarding the bad service there offer . This is just not fair we spend lot of monies on this yet this the treatment we get . i need my wifi to be connected by end of business day today .You Guys said this will be fixed within the next 24-48 hours yet am on 72 hours today .
