No connection for days

I'm so disappointed on Vumatel, we have been without internet for two days now. All companies have glitches but the worst is when a privately owned company like Vumatel can't provide a solution when there's a problem with it's main reason for existence which is the internet connection, you guys are supposed to have back up plans for such things. You can't be running a company like you're running a government organization.
