No connection for a week

I have been without connection since Friday, 24 November. Today is 02 December, still without connection. You guys installed fibre at a neighbouring complex in Belhar and messed with our connection. I have been receiving smses that the issue affecting my area has been resolved, yet I am one of many who are still without connection till today. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. It is so unfair and beyond annoying!
