NO CONNECTION FOR 10 DAYS NOW WITH NO ASSISTANCE

I have been down with Afrihost since the 17th of October been calling everyday and Vuma has still not come out to fix my line. Absolutely disregard for customers but let your payment bounce your services are deactived immediately with ease if only the service from Vuma was such. Being only able to contact the service provider does not help the when the actual culprits of distraught to clients and bad service if Vuma. Will definitely not recommend anyone looking to get Fibre to use Vuma. And unfortunately there isn't a 0 star option because that is what I feel they deserve.
