No connection, can’t get assistance, can’t get hold of vumatel,,, no value for my money

I have been having issues with my fibre connection since September, it keeps dipping every now and again, I have been trying to resolve this since and not getting assistance at all,

Can I kindly get assistance with my wifi, it keeps dipping every 5 minutes, I have been trying to get this resolved since September, I got a new vumatel box installed, I got a new router, the technicians came to check it out but still nothing seems to be resolved, I do not know what else to do, its so frustrating, cant stream anything, Im paying for wifi that isn't working. Its worse today, it doesn't even stay on for more than a minute, it dips and comes back and immediately dips again..

cant get hold of both Vumatel and Mweb, I don’t know what else to do honestly, this is such a problem, kindly assist,,,
