No Connection and lots of lies / unprofessional

Absolutely pathetic. I have been without WiFi connection since 8 September 2025. I made a enquiry only to be informed it is planned maintenance which I was not informed prior to this outage. Yesterday you sent a sms to say maintenance is complete but I am still not connected. How must I work and study ? You must give me my money back for all the days I had no connection and learn to improve on your communication !!! You also keep changing your stories 1- you said it’s a planned outage 2- you then said there is a fault 3-you now saying it’s the ONT device that must be changed yet it was never a issue prior to the planned outage. 4. Vox confirmed that there is no connection to my ONT device so it’s your Vuma line that’s defective so stop lying. You also don’t want to commit to when the technician will be dispatched… that is absolutely unacceptable. There seems to be someone who is lying but fortunately there will be other service providers soon in the area then we don’t have to deal with your pathetic service and lies !!!
