No Connection after three weeks after install

Three weeks ago i had my fibre installed and up until now i have not been able to use it iv got my router from my isp a week ago now and cannot use my fibre connection because my isp account doesnt authenticate when i logged this with them they advised me the problem was on your end since then its been back and forth my isp is bitco ref number BIT229966 i want this fixed
