No connection

Our wifi was installed 15/01/25 only worked for 7days 23/01/25 wifi stopped working technician only came 29/01/25 the wifi worked for 2hours after they left than went back offline again i reported again to them till today nothing! that means we paid whole month for nothing! nonsense service and very hard to connect to support you stay on chat for 3hours to connect to an agent i do not recommend Vumatel👎🏼I feel they did not install this thing right its a infrastructure issue
