No communication from technicians

Today I got an email a technician has been dispatched for reinstallation.. No communication to say they on their way. I get home and my neighbours tell me they were standing outside. No way to even get hold of them on top of that to call my ISP is a total waste. I want them to contact me asap as my partner sat here whole morning waiting on them. When he fetched me at work, they came without even calling to say they here. This is appaling
