No co-ordination between Change Management and Scheduled Maintenance

Our fiber at home has now been down for over 24Hrs due to Vumatel not co-ordination planned work activities and change management on their network. This to me is very ****** style to say the least and I can't believe that management approve these activities to go-ahead at the same time!

Please get your act together and fix my issue that is a man-made fault that you created and leaving me without a service that I'm paying for.
