No call from Vumatel to arrange installation

I was informed by Webafrica that installation was already scheduled with Vumatel on 2 November 2017. Nobody from Vumatel has called me and I only get the same response over and over. Now the ticket indicates installation pending !!! why ?? I would appreciate a reply and resolution of the problem urgently. This is unacceptable
