No assistance m, no connection Vumatel and its service provider axxess

Between vumatel and the service provider AXXESS in Edenvale I don't know who knows what's going on. Every 2 months I don't have internet for 5 days, even though my account is paid. I have to waste time calling both vumatel and axxess with no one giving me any answers or vumatel dispatching technician. Today alone iv gotten 5 reasons why I don't have connection. Both companies blame each other. What's worse is vumatel keeps sending emails telling me the issue is resolved and to rate their service! Whilst the issue is not resolved! All call centre agents keeps sayimg " they checking for feedback" which hasn't changed since Saturday. ***
