NO ASSISTANCE

I live in pretoria east lynne, my fiber has been off since the 31 of jan 2025 today is the 5th of Feb 2025 and wifi is still off in my area.. No way to reach vuma, only number they awnser is if you want a new installation and if you ask them there to put you through to someone who can assist they give you a number that does not exist.. About 4 months ago i wanted to upgrade my wifi to a bigger package took me 2 days and around R150 in airtime to get to the correct pesron needles to say agter i paid the extra money while on the phone with them i got home and my wifi was still on the old package and till this day the same.. Your wifi can be off for more than a week but you still have to pay but have no wifi.. This is a company that only answers a phone when they can make money other than that you dont exist to them.. My RAIN was R1000 a month but they atleast picked my call
