No alternative solutions provided

Over the last few weeks, there has been significant vandalism to the fiber wires in the Retreat and Grassy Park areas, but it always seems to be at the same location that these wires get cut. As much as I understand one cannot help vandalism, the fact that Vumatel are not doing much to protect their infrastructure so that it does not become the norm, is beyond me. Also, there is no offer from them to add a dual service, example that if WiFi goes down, we will supplement it with LTE, or something. And yes, we are expected to pay the full price for the service that is running at 60% of the time. Some of us are fortunate to work from home, or hybrid, but what about students who need to submit their projects, or do research for them. Are we, as parents, supposed to go to an alternative suburb in order to complete these tasks? Are we supposed to take out an additional service? It's messing with people's livelihoods, and at the moment, it seems more like corporate sabotage, and we the customers, are collateral damage.
