Never use Vumatel.

Over a month ago I had fiber installed by Vumatel, paid for the installation, labor, equipment etc.. Since then the fiber has never worked once. I have been on the phone with them for hours at a time and they have no idea what they are doing. They have the worst customer service and their employees have no idea how to remedy a situation. They do not communicate within their own organization and each time I had to re-explain my situation. They don't care about their clients at all. Never us Vumatel. You guys don't deserve to be in business.
