Never trust vumatel

It's been 6months vumatel has installed the Fibre at my parents house and I have reported that their guys stole my snikers, I was promised that they will come investigate, last week they called responding on a review I made, shocking I was told the matter was resolved in November, whereas there 2as no investigation made, no replacement or compensation for my sneakers. Then how can people be referred to the company like that? I trusted vumatel but I have totally have no respect for such company
