Never received my refund.

I still haven't received my refund for an installation that never took place!

I received an email from the technicians stating that they are not able to install the wifi due to them not being able to work on site, and advised me to cancel the line as there is no way to accommodate the installation.

That took place last year March 2025.

Please help me get my refund back as I made the payment and they advised me that the refund was going to be paid into my bank account and I still haven't received a penny.
