Never got the service and I have been begging for a refund for 10 months

I should have check hello peter reviews because wow, the service is terrible. upon signing up with Webafrica through Vumatel. I paid the amount for the service I wanted therefore it indicates that they proceed to install, soon after paying I contacted them to notify them I had paid and ready for the installation to take place, only for them to tell me that they have cancelled the installations in my area and they will refund me back. This was June 2023. I have been doing back and forth with the agents on the webafrica's Whatsapp platform. They have been mentioning that the refund must be processed by Vuma and they are requesting bank statements and I have sent bank statements because at some point they have said they did refund but there has been nothing. The one funny thing is that two or more of my neighbours have gotten the installation and the recent one was done last week.
