Never ever use VUMATEL

Talk about the worst service provider that we wished we never even contacted. Not only are they hard to get hold of, you have rude staff and things not mentioned. Now we are are at log heads with items they they never mentioned and now a third party who is caught in the middle. We have incurred costs of poor service delivery and trying to cancel a service with them its now another rude mission with its worse ever staff, Ref: LVR- ***. I wish my mother never had any dealings with him.

I spoke to a Tsholo, what a waste of time with a rude person at Vumatel. Instead of help, it was more go fly a kite and deal it yourself. I give great pleasure to Rhindani from Home connect (***), the poor woman has had to also endure the same poor service from VUMA.

Thou shalt never in my grave refer Vumatel to anyone. Npw the are pre paymemt (s) that where never explained, and when you ask for the amount, all you get is a rude Vuma Tsholo or staff members.
