Never ever go for Vumatel

Last year August the vumatel guys came to my home to install the wifi, our gates are always locked and 8m the one who opened the gate for them. After they have left a pair of Adidas sneakers was missing from the washing line, I called them and they promised to come and investigate, till today nothing has happened. The only thing that happens they write a private reply of which I cannot open it. I have lost my sneakers while they are busy installing for people are losing their things and vuma does not do the damage control. I will never ever recommend vuma to people
