If you want to have endless connection problems join vumatel. Ever since they took over from vodacom or joined forces with vodacom it has been nothing short of a nightmare. On the 26 of August in the evening our internet connection went down, on the 27th in the evening it was back up then boom on the 28th of August it was down again from the morning till now 29th in the morning. This means yet again a weekend with out internet connection yet again. I cant wait to find another network provider that can cover my area with fibre because every second week connection is lost for days

02 Sept 2026, 10:59I am on day 7 today with my box red, my neighbours are off when they are working and back on after they knock off for the day. I was told by one of the technicians working in the area there is nothing they can do for me as they are just changing wires. The office is supposed to configure my box, same thing happened last month
