Network outages are being a common thing in bedfordview and poor resolution time
Network outages are being a common thing in bedfordview and poor resolution time. 24 hours without internet, last time there was an outage took 4/5 days to resolved. No communication to customers to notify the outage and no updates provided one literally to hang 10 and wait…….

25 Feb 2024, 08:02it’s now 4 days without internet, It’s shocking to know that a fix takes this long to be implemented by Vumatel. Really poor infrastructure!!!

26 Feb 2024, 13:06Day 5 still no internet. Was told the lines will be provisioned I can only wonder how many days that process will take. Also to date no communication was sent out to customers informing us of the planned maintenance or network outage or progress apparently the ISP was meant to send out comms but Vumatel previous communicated to us via SMS
