Network Issues
Pathetic service from Vumatel Wifi 🚮The installation was on the 15/01/2025 and it only worked for 7days, we have been without internet from 23/01/2025 and when we reported the issue 24/01/25 we were advised there is a “Known outage” but my neighbours connection is working fine, today when we try to contact call centre its not going through ☹️Very Dissapointed how i wish we went for some other company

The technicians needs to check the infrastructure and the network stregth and stop rushing when doing things they need to check everything because it only works 1 hour than starts again which means there is definetly something wrong!
