Network failure

I've been experiencing network problems mostly during the weekends I find it hard to watch my TV on the weekends, and recently on the *** i had network failure imagen spending Christmas without network? And I had to buy myself bundles to use my cellphone and I'm sure they won't even compensate me even though I've reported I'm 200% sure they won't because they've done it before
