Service Complaint – VumaIntel Internet | Reconnection Delayed 6+ Days, No Resolution

My name is Daniel Korolosi and I’m lodging a formal complaint regarding VumaIntel Internet Services.

What happened: 1. I lodged a complaint for reconnection with VumaIntel’s support agents on the 05 May 2. I was promised reconnection within 48 hours. That was 6 days ago. 3. Since then, every agent I speak to on WhatsApp repeats the same promise: “It will be reconnected within 48 hours.” To date, nothing has been done. 4. I have spent more than an hour at a time waiting for a response on WhatsApp, only to get generic replies and no actual assistance or escalation. No technician has been sent, no update given, and no accountability taken.

- You advertise 48-hour reconnection but fail to meet it, repeatedly. - Your agents give false timelines with no intention or ability to follow through. - Customer service is non-existent. Waiting over an hour on WhatsApp for no resolution is disrespectful of customers’ time. - I am without internet for 6 days while you keep making empty promises. This affects work, communication, and basic daily needs.

What I want: 1. Immediate reconnection of my service within 24 hours of this complaint. 2. A clear written explanation for the delay and why the 48-hour promise was broken. 3. Compensation or credit for the 6 days of downtime. 4. If you cannot resolve this, I request escalation to a senior manager who has authority to fix it.

VumaIntel’s service is currently unreliable and misleading. Promising reconnection and then ignoring the customer is bad business practice. I expect HelloPeter to publish this so VumaIntel is held accountable.
