Nastiest service ever

I am very disappointed with Vumatel and Afrihost, service is very bad and inconveniencing. It was my address that had a problem first because someone decided to give my address to someone else,that was sorted after 3 months of fighting and calling. Now fibre that was installed last week Friday has not worked until now still not working Vumatel is failing to provision my line so I can get internet. I have spent a lot of money because I had to buy data for work and school. I am not happy with the service.
