My Wifi was just switched off for no reason

Vumatel just decided to disconnect my fiber connection this morning. Now l am left with no internet and there is no way of contacting them except through an ISP. What customer service is this? I work from home and now l have to find a place to do my work. This is a really big inconvenience. The ISP doesn’t even have an idea of what the problem is. Very disappointed with the service from Vumatel and l 💯 do not recommend their services
