My successful Vumatel DOWNGRADE😫😫🤬🤬

One star is actually way too generous for this company! Apparently our area did a major upgrade across the Randburg Fairland area but I actually think it was a successful downgrade. The Vumatel connection is lost every 20min and then stays down for 5min. No call centre, only vodacom and let’s be honest, Vodacom Fibre is not in it for any client… that is more a shareholder value model. All Vodacom sees is that line is working… And then not even start talking about their inability to connect your rooter to the correct address.
