My router/wifi is still not working

Good day

My router was replaced on the 27 February 2025 and it's till not working.

A gentleman by the name of Jabu called me and assured me that if I sent my new serial number, he will have working and it's been 3 days now battling.

He sent me a WhatsApp on *** and no one is responding to me and I need to have my wifi up and running
