My router was not working I reported the matter to the consultant ho I app**** to when I first app**** her name is Thobile Mahlaba she helped me with the what's up line to report the matter and within 2 days the matter was resolved and an agent came to double check and make sho my router was working fine thank u to Vuma and the people ho came to my aid
