My problem with the router started on the 6th June 2025

My problem with the router started on the 6th June 2025. My family rely on the wifi that is supp**** by Vuma. On Monday the 9th of June 2025 I called Vumatel and logged a faulty router. The same day a technician was in communication with me to find out if I was at home so that he could come in the house if he cannot solve the problem from outside. Unfortunately I was not there. I called my grandson who was at home. I leased with the technician and told him the boy was at home to open for him. I was extremely excited by the speedy service that was rendered to me and my family. Vumatel is the best wifi service provider indeed. Thanks again guys.
