My problem better be solved today! Pathetic service! By Victor and Piet

Vumatel does not even deserve one star from me, they are unreliable and unprofessional, if it wasn't for the fact that I've already paid for this terrible service I would go elsewhere. I have been waiting 4 months to set up my fiber connection and then yesterday some guys arrive, install the line and then tell me that I have to wait for another team to make the line go live. So I said okay no problem they have an appointment for 2pm. They never arrived! Then they arrive this morning at 9am only to tell me that the guys who did the installation yesterday did their job wrong therefore they can't make us live! What kind of a pathetic excuse of a company is this place? The men who *****ed the installation up at my place are named Victor and Piet. Something better be done quickly before I walk into head office myself and cause real problems. I'm so tired of being *****ed around by vumatel and I'm going to take this much further Than just a review and if anybody considers vumatel. Move on to the next place, their customer service is terrible and they are never available to speak to.
