My neighbour accidentally cut my Fibre cable outside my property. We share a small patch of paving and take turns to keep it 💯. I reported the outage on Friday and 8am on Saturday the Vuma engineers were ringing the doorbell. I expected to be out for days but it was sorted within a day. My wife and I run our businesses from home so this was a big deal for us. Also, the engineers were a delight to interact with. Thanks Vuma
