My life ****ed up by this *******..

This people are full of ****. This nonsense people destroyed our drain pipe and caused me and my family a lot of money on bills to unblock the drain each and every week for the whole damn year and eventually I had to have the pipe replaced. I reported to them and they send an inspector on the 19th August 2022 and they promised to give me a call till to-date I have heard nothing from. Now that they need to compensate me and my far for the trauma we endured for the whole year not to mention doctor's bill cause I have small children and their health was compromised because there was dirty water filled with tissues and ****.. Not to mention all the money l spent on services to have it unblocked, including buying of drain acid, and chemicals to clean my paving and take the foul smell away.. All the money I spent is close to 30K I need my money, my finances are *** and ****ed up cause of this. I need to be paid back, they caused this nonsense. This is day light *******.
