My issue was resolved after they gave a ref number and escalated my matter to the relevant department... They can improve on resolving their clients issues as soon as they can, the agents also shouldn't ignore the emails of complaints... They should try harder to respond hence i rated them 4 stars.... Nonetheless i have never had issues with Vuma(Flycool).
