My home address is used by another person

I wrote this last year March and Vuma Tel has done absolutely nothing i need this resolved .

I have the worst experience ever I have been trying to get my fiber connect with Vumatel for months only to find out vumatel has used my address on someone else that we don’t even know now I can’t get fiber, I think this is horrible and will take this further as this is ******* wrong .
