Mweb/Vumatel is not treating customers with respect and doesn't even care

What a pathetic service they have. I have 1st complained about the line that has now been slow and they did nothing about it. when you try to call them its like wasting airtime because it takes long to get through. On the 14th of April they attempted to debit my account when in fact my debit order is on the 1st of every month. Try to get hold of them 4 days after the incident and they said its an error on their end. So i asked them when will they cover back the fees incurred and the guy dropped the call on my ear. tried to call them back again and had to explain myself again to another person while also logging a complaint about the service received, still nobody came back to me as promised. Non of their channels is customer friendly. this company is just a mess
