Mweb & Vumatel ****

App**** for Fibre installation with Mweb on 21 Feb 22. Was advised it would take 14 days before Vumatel would contact me to install. It's 25 Mar, after daily calls to Mweb, I've been told that they have no turnaround time with Vumatel, so basically, nothing they could do. I eventually got a call from Vumatel today, told them what needed to be done, asked for a manager. Kgosi took the call, asked for my number with the assurance that he was going to call me back from my desk. No callbacks. This has been the worst customer service I've ever received which resulted in huge financial costs. Bought over 150Gb data to Hotspot to work from home- just from 1 Mar to date!
