MWEB & Vumatel Price Increase
I have the same complaint from reading other reviews. I am also not happy with Vumatel / MWEB price increase! I am with MWEB and upgraded in November 2020 and received 1 month free and since December 2021 the price has increased 3 times. Called MWEB and complained and its basically accept it or go elsewhere! Did not even get notified of latest increase but MWEB claim to have sent out notifications. Vumatel are holding us hostage in our area. 0 Star Rating!!!

21 Mar 2021, 12:12Thank you for your reply. I find that having had 3 price increases in 4 months totally absurd! Why do you have increases so often? After receiving my latest bill from MWEB where I complained about the increase, I was told by MWEB Billing that Vumatel set the price and they just have to abide by your rules. So who sets the pricing????? I still await the proof informing me of the latest increase.
