The worst ppl I had to deal with. I app**** for the wifi and was installed at my apartment, only to find the damn thing is not working.

Foned them almost everyday for the whole month to report, nobody bothered to help me. Wil be on the fone for over 2hrs and when finally going through they would not help me.

Didn’t even bother to send someone to come check what was rong.

What really ****ed me off is when they deducted the payment for something that is not working, that never worked. Tried to reach the telephonically and on the web chat, no help.

Taking ppl’s money with no delivery I consider it a crime.

THEY ARE THE WORST.
