Mweb and Vumatel is useless

Good day. My internet went down on Monday 15 April 2024 it’s now Thursday and the only answer I get from Vumatel is that they will escalate it. Firstly I was told is not just my house it’s an area outage then the next day it’s not an area outage it’s just my internet and they will escalate to technician then the next day I am told no one escalated it to technician and they wil do it . I have been given no answer to what’s happening and no answers how long it will take to fix. I am beyond frustrated that I have no answers in four days .im At the point of cancelling. Vumatel and mweb is useless. Do not recommend
