Mweb and Vumatel

They came to install fiber network here 2 weeks ago and they didn't connect the internet. Now they are pointing to each other. When I call Vumatel about this they are saying they done their part which is installing now Mweb has to connect the internet. When I call Mweb they are telling me they are waiting on Vumatel to notify them when they are done with the installation. So past 2 weeks it's a back and forth between them I don't know what to do because they both deducted money on my account but the thing is not working it's a third week now. Even to get them on the phone is a trauma, they don't answer calls if they do you have to hold on the line for hours, they also hang up on you while talking to them. It's a horror doing business with them I regret it.
