Absolutely disappointing experience with Supersonic Fibre. The entire process was tedious, frustrating, and ultimately a complete waste of time. I went through the effort of applying twice, providing all my personal details, only to be told after the order was placed that there’s no coverage in my area — even though coverage is the very first thing checked when you open their website and again on the call with a consultant. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of communication within the company and between their partners — Supersonic and MTN don’t seem to be aligned at all. No one gives clear or complete information, and I had to repeat myself multiple times just to get basic updates. It felt like I was doing their job for them. Supersonic’s processes are not streamlined, their staff aren’t competent, and customer experience is definitely not a priority. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for fibre — especially not through Vumatel via Supersonic. Save yourself the frustration and go with a provider that actually values your time.
